This blog's purpose is to provide for comment on the increaingly understood necessity of substantial revisions to the real or implied social contracts within nations, whether they are democratic or not. It also provides for comment on the increasingly accepted reality that a sea change is occuring in foreign relations as threats to security and stability arise more and more from within states, rather than between or among them.
